Programmes and Sessions

If you’ve used a Coach or Mentor before, you probably know what to expect and can jump straight into the detail, but for those new to it, we have some “starter suggestions”

Maybe you have a challenge or opportunity that you’d like to work through using Coaching or Mentoring? We always suggest having an initial chat so that we can assess the best Coaching or Mentoring approach - this would be a 30 minute call (free of charge of course!)

After this we will recommend either looking at the specific topic session by session OR work through a set programme looking at private-life and work-life blend, setting objectives and building an action plan. This programme is usually 6 sessions.

We plan sessions to last for 90 minutes and these will take place via Teams or Zoom whilst Covid remains an issue. We will consider face to face meetings on request and we’re happy to provide “walking coaching” and “walking mentoring” if appropriate.
