Within the charity and public sectors we specifically provide Director-level experience applied to various activities including large scale programme and project management, team building and support (including mentoring), resource requirements, strategy development and implementation, campaigning for social change, and day-to-day senior leadership.
Our knowledge of social movement and behaviour change campaigning is world class and hugely valuable to both commercial and non-profit sectors.
In the Commercial sector our work has included group, team and individual sales and marketing training programmes, communication training for international sales teams, executive and management-level coaching, strategic planning and business research. We've also worked on creating legal entity subsidiaries and recruiting in the UK, EU and US. The setting-up of supply chain distribution services has also featured in our work through sourcing and development of warehousing in the UK.
