Coaching and Consulting

Beech Hill Consulting Ltd launched in 2015 and since then we’ve been offering sales, marketing, coaching, and general strategic advice for commercial, charity and public sector organisations, and individuals. Within the charity and public sectors we specifically provide Director-level experience applied to various tasks including team building, restructuring, recruitment, strategy development, campaigning and day-to-day leadership.

We work on a retained or project basis.

Our work has included group, team and individual sales and marketing training programmes, communication training for international sales teams, executive and management-level coaching, strategic planning and business research. We've also worked on creating legal entity subsidiaries and recruiting in the UK, EU and US.

Our knowledge of social movement and behaviour change campaigning is world class and hugely valuable to both commercial and non-profit sectors.

Coaching and mentoring has led to us working with a vast array of people from a diverse range of sectors whether that’s commercial, charity, professional sports, healthcare, education or legal. Anyone and any organisation can benefit from coaching!

We are based in the south east of the UK and (Covid permitting) travel extensively, whether in the UK or internationally, to work with our clients. Much of what we have done recently has been via Teams or Zoom.
